湖南中泰特种装备有限责任公司科研所下设科技信息开发部和技术创新规划部，并成立了技术创新专家评审领导小组。共有高层次科研人员和专业技术人才70多人，技术力量雄厚。公司拥有自主知识产权，具有强大的科技创新能力、新产品开发能力及良好的成长潜力。

　　2002年9月，经国家人事部批准，湖南中泰特种装备有限责任公司成立博士后科研工作站。经过两年的筹备，2004年10月13日，中泰公司博士后科研工作站正式挂牌成立，成为全省民营企业第一家博士后科研工作站。该站目前已引进了上海交通大学、上海东华大学主攻高分子材料、高强高模聚乙烯纤维的数名博士后，他们与已有的专家队伍一起，在加强基础理论研究、开发高科技产品、拓展新的工艺领域等方面进行新一轮的探索与攻关。

The ZTSA research institute has established 2 subordinates, namely Division of Technical Information and Division of Technical Innovation Planning, and a leading team, that is Leading Group on the Expert Assessment of Technical Innovation. Altogether, the ZTSA has more than 70 senior researchers and technical talents, who are the core for the Company's technical innovation. The Company has its self-owned intellectual property rights and strong capacity in technical innovation, product promotion and the promising prospect in its future development.

The ZTSA was approved by the Ministry of Personnel in September 2002 to establish its Postdoctoral Program Research Workshop. After 2 years of preparation, the Workshop was established on October 13, 2004 and thus become the 1st in Hunan Private-Owned Enterprises. The workshop has now absorbed numbers of postdoctors from Shanghai Jiaotong University and Shanghai Donghua University , who are majoring in high molecular or HSHM-PE materials. Those postdoctors, together with the ZTSA's ready experts, have made a new round of researches and developments in strengthening the basic theory researches, exploring the high-tech products and expanding the new techniques.
